Next year will mark 25 years of Webb deVlam. Over the course of a quarter of a century we’ve opened three offices in London, Chicago and Singapore. More recently we joined the sgsco global collective, coming together with new partners and gaining greater scale. We have moved beyond packaging design to become a truly inter-disciplinary upstream agency, creating value for a diverse range of brands through strategy and innovation, as well as design.
Throughout these 25 years we have always listened to the needs of our clients. In today’s rapidly changing business and consumer landscape, there’s a demand for faster, focused, more effective solutions that drive meaningful, measurable results —without compromising creative quality. We have evolved in response to these needs and are proud to share our refined essence and identity across this new site.
Our founder, Ronald de Vlam, inspires much of our identity. The English translation of de Vlam is ‘The Flame’, with orange being a long-standing Dutch symbol. Webb deVlam’s orange hues, known as Flame, represent our warmth, passion and determination.
We are empathetic to all: consumers, clients, each other. We are engaging people and we engage people. Applying skill and knowledge with critical understanding is fundamental to our personality.
Part of refreshing our identity is defining who we are. Webb deVlam provides The Spark that ignites brands. It’s what we strive towards and it’s that moment of realisation – The Spark – that triggers brand growth.
