Britain's best loved tea wanted to deliver a more emotionally engaging experience for its tea drinkers. Alongside the launch of new Freeflow pyramid bags a new pack format was required that would be more appealing, ideally at reduced cost. To make life difficult we were asked to innovate within all the existing constraints of a 1970's manufacturing line. The new design has reduced costs by eliminating unnecessary components and simplifying manufacture. Consumers now enjoy improved functionality with easier opening and less mess.
