The Drinks International Travel Retail Awards were announced on Tuesday 20th October in Cannes during the Tax Free World Association (TFWA) Global Summit. With more wins than any other entrant, we’re utterly delighted to be recognised for our work on Sauza Tequila, Grant’s Elementary Range and Star of Bombay.

Beam Suntory approached us with a big challenge: to take Sauza tequila and reimagine the brand, giving full credit to its legacy and heritage. Our weighty, premium design reflects the quality of the carefully crafted product inside.

The Grant’s Elementary range features three Scotch Whiskies that reveal the scientific process behind traditional whisky-making. Our striking designs reflect the premium positioning, featuring elements used in the Grant’s distillation process.

Bacardi-owned Bombay Sapphire asked us to help them enter the super premium gin market. Star of Bombay is an exquisite gin that elevates the complexity and smoothness of Bombay Sapphire through the addition of two extra botanicals and the use of a single batch, slow distillation method.

Justin Smith, publisher of Drinks International, said: “The Travel Retail Awards were created to recognise the importance of alcoholic drinks within the travel retail and duty free sector, and to focus on the innovation within this key channel.

It is the ‘shop window’ for many top international drinks brands, allowing them to showcase their very best expressions and limited editions, often with amazing packaging to further induce purchases. Winning a trophy really is an endorsement of excellence and innovation.”

Thanks to all of the talented team at Webb deVlam whose hard work and passion enabled us to achieve these amazing results!
